ServerSIM is a full service I.T. management team that is currently looking to hire a Customer Solutions Engineer 1 (CSE1).  The individual occupying the CSE 1 position is primarily responsible for supporting ServerSIM clients, and solving I.T. and Hosted PBX (VoIP) issues.  This is an entry level position with opportunities to advance to CSE2 based on knowledge, experience, and skills.
Requirements
This position requires said individual to provide their own means of transportation, basic understanding of I.T. knowledge and troubleshooting, in addition to customer service skills. 
Location
This position will primarily work out of the Stark County and Carroll County regions. This individual must provide their own means of transportation to and from job sites with an understanding that this position requires 90-100% travel.
