Mr. Singer has over 17 years of experience in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and technology (MEPFT) fields practicing as a registered professional engineer within the consulting industry.  His project experience spans across numerous building use groups including healthcare, assisted living, corporate commercial, hospitality, mission critical, industrial, retail, food manufacturing, higher-education, K-12, and comissioining.  Working alongside owners, Mr. Singer has been successful in managing project budgets, minimizing contingencies, and creating a collaborative environment.  With strong forecasting skills, Mr. Singer manages project schedules and reacts expeditiously and diligently to challenges that may arise.  In conjunction with contractors, Mr. Singer has led the charge for detailed coordination modeling efforts which minimize field changes and streamline construction by installers.  Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) during all stages of the project permits Mr. Singer to provide a quick and simple bill of material for take-offs and procurement.  Mr. Singer’s strengths include integrated lean project delivery, enhanced commissioning, LEED design efforts, and building automation control system sequence and integration.  His approach to leveraging several communication channels allow for constant contact with design and construction teams alike.  Mr. Singer is a member of The United States Green Building Council and The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers where his active membership provides insight into emerging technologies and sound engineering principles.
